Tests negative, but still pregnant?

Hi ladies,
just a quick question: is it possible to test negative throughout your entire pregnancy? I mean, if you took a test at 2 weeks overdue, another at 3 months, and then one more at 5 months or so?
just curious!

Normally that wouldn't be possible. Because your hCG levels in your body keep increasing throughout the pregnancy.
So after a while you should have a positive test.

Could it be that your body only starts producing HCG very late?

It's possible that you have low hcg levels early on, but the longer you are in the pregnancy, the more normal it becomes.

I'm now 9 days overdue and this morning the test was negative again, so I think it's a false pregnancy.

Just go to the GP, then you'll have certainty.
Or go to the gynecologist, then you can do a general check-up to see if everything is okay?
    Just some tips though.

And what if she never had her period? That's very strange.

    Back from the doctor...

I have to wait 2 weeks and do a pregnancy test every week. If I still haven't gotten my period after 2 weeks, I can call the gynecologist for an ultrasound.
