Pain after sex

I had sex on Tuesday with a condom, but my partner didn't cum inside me. Since yesterday, I've started feeling sharp pains on the right side, and now they're on both sides. It's uncomfortable lying down and walking, and it's worse today than yesterday. Is this normal? I've read that it could be because we went too fast... we did indeed go too fast.

    I don't think it has anything to do with speed, but whether you were aroused enough. Sounds weird maybe, but then it does hurt more.
