We're expecting a son in November.
I was wondering what you all think of the name: Benz
And what kind of boy do you picture with this name?
(Tastes differ, of course, but I still find it nice to know)

I actually immediately think of the car brand Mercedes-Benz (though I don't have anything to do with it)...
Still, I find Benz has a certain "something"...
Unique and a bit tough...
I also think it sounds warmer and nicer than, say, Jens or Rens...
And indeed, tastes differ... For me, not a top name, but certainly not bad... -

I think it's a nice name! I didn't immediately associate it with Mercedes, but I think that might be an issue once he's a bit older... although, I don't think it's that bad if your kid gets teased for having a luxury car name

Great name, although it does seem like it's named after a brand.
Still, I'd go for it—it's a tough-sounding name!
