Bleeding 2 days after period

Hey ladies,

I don't understand my body anymore..
Got my period on Thursday, June 4th. According to my app, that was 5/6 days too early. I had bleeding until Sunday evening, June 7th. Monday, June 8th, a little bit on the tampon in the morning and nothing in the afternoon. Yesterday, Tuesday, June 9th, nothing, nothing. Today also nothing until I suddenly got cramps around 3 PM, went to the toilet, and had a red, mucus-like streak.

I'm irregular and usually at least 7 days, but this time it was only 4/5 days. Does anyone recognize this?? It's worrying me!
