Nipt test negative, haven't had the nuchal fold measurement yet

Hi everyone!
this is my first post on the forum and I'd love to hear your opinion because we're not sure what to do.
I'm pregnant with our first baby, almost 13 weeks now. I had two miscarriages in the last six months, so I had a NIPT test done about 10 days ago. I got the results yesterday and they were negative, which is a huge relief for us. It makes us feel like we're already a few steps further.
I'm going to the OB-GYN on Friday for the nuchal translucency scan, and they'll also calculate the risk for Down syndrome. This is already ruled out by the NIPT test, and we're thinking about announcing our pregnancy publicly on Facebook, to our friends and acquaintances.
Do you think this is a good idea, or should we wait for the nuchal translucency scan results?
The nuchal translucency is still important for possible abnormalities, but we definitely don't need to wait for the triple test (Down syndrome risk calculation) anymore...
All your opinions are welcome!!
Greetings, Tif
