Positive or negative?

I was supposed to get my period 2 weeks ago during my break week, but nothing came.
I've had this happen before for 2 months in a row, but I wasn't pregnant.
I tested with Action tests and a Kruidvat test back then.
I tested yesterday, it looked like a line was coming at first but then it disappeared again.
I checked again later and there was a line (pink) but so faint that my boyfriend didn't even see it at first, and only in certain light.
I did another one this morning, negative, but I checked again after a few hours and then there was that light line again, slightly more noticeable but not much different from yesterday's.
I've never had this before when I wasn't pregnant, but I read about evaporation lines.
Does anyone have an example of an evap line (for the Kruidvat test)?
And can I count this as a positive test?

    Could you upload the test you took?
    I feel like you're just pregnant, and my question is also:
    Is it a pink line..

    I always find it weird the evaporation line
    because how can something negative that didn't show any hcg show a line after a while?
    I never really get that.
    Maybe you could upload it for a bit
    so we can see it.

    It's indeed a pink line.
    Hardly visible but it's definitely there.
    Can't upload because of some Java thing..?

    Haha, thanks in advance!
    I’m going to test again in a couple of days.
    But shouldn’t it be much darker by now?
    I was already over a week and a half overdue… I’d have expected a nice, thick dark line instead of such a questionable result.
    I’ll post the photo later, I’m just figuring out how to do that on this site… Maybe I’ll create a profile, I guess.

    @nienke,

    Yeah, it's handy to create a profile.. And Miss, you might be making hcg slowly but whatever.
    You can always go to your GP for clarity and get a blood test to see how much hcg you're producing..

    Sorry, but the photo just isn't working, pff.
    I also just noticed that the tests seem to have run a bit (one looks like the line is distorted, and the other is yellow until the very faint line).
    I do have photos from a couple of hours later, but I can't upload those.

    It could indeed be a slow production of hCG, but then I think no, I'm definitely not one of the few who have that.
    Thanks for the tip! But I really want to see a positive test first, and then a clear one.
    It wasn't really planned, I just take the pill, but it's welcome anyway, even if unexpected!
    We're both secretly hoping for it, hihi.
    Could the cycle work differently then?

    I don't quite understand your cycle thing?
    But do you take the pill every day regularly, or is it sometimes missed...
    It's totally possible to get pregnant while on the pill, it happened to me too..

    I mean, is your cycle different when you're on the pill? Like, regarding tests, when's the best time to take them?
    But since you got pregnant despite being on the pill, that's pretty handy!
    How long after your missed period did you test positive?
    I've forgotten it before, but not in the month I got pregnant this time. That was a long time ago.

    My test from Thursday is my profile picture!
    Unfortunately, the second line isn't as visible as it is in real life..

    Hi Nienke,

    I do see a faint line indeed. That's how it started for me too, and it really took a few days for the line to get darker. Congratulations, take it easy. Have you done a Clearblue test yet? Your implantation might have been later, which means your hCG levels might not be high enough yet. Good luck!

    It could also be that your implantation was later. I'd say get another test and maybe a blood test.
    I don't remember anymore when exactly I tested positive... With my first, I was already 12 weeks before I got an ultrasound.
    So I don't remember anymore, it was 18 years ago.

    First just a cheap one, and if I don't get my period during the break week, I'll get a CB.

    My boyfriend decided to buy a pregnancy test in advance and we just couldn't resist..
    But totally not pregnant.
    Even though it wasn't planned, so disappointing..

    Here I am again, hehe

    After last week's disappointment, we decided to occasionally 'accidentally' forget a pill. We don't want to stop the pill completely; we want to keep a little surprise for ourselves. So we're both aware and not aware of it. (Maybe it seems a bit weird to some, and it is to us too, but that's just how we want it.) I'll keep you posted!
