didn't get my period

Hello everyone,

I have a question and really need to get it off my chest because I'm going crazy...

I was supposed to get my period on 15-04-2015 but didn't. I naturally hoped I was pregnant. My fertile window was March 25-30, and my ovulation was supposed to be on March 30. I waited, and on April 30, 2015, I suddenly got a drop of dark brown blood, which lasted about 3-4 days. Normally when I get my period, I get breast/nipple pain, but this time I felt nothing.

I took a test a week ago and it was negative, but I feel like something isn't right with me!
By the way, I've been trying for 8 months with my partner... we really want a baby!

I'm 21 and my partner is 28.
Could you please respond and help me out because I just can't handle it anymore.

    But can I still be pregnant? Such a small chance or not... I've been really nauseous, tired, and have back pain with cramps for the last 2 weeks.

    @bloempjee,

    You wrote that you ovulated around day 30-40, right? So it could be that you had an ovulation bleed... but if you feel like it's not that, then it's probably not. What I really advise you to do is go to the doctor tomorrow for a blood test. I hope things will become clear... Hang in there, girl...

    Missed my period again and also threw a pregnancy test at it.

    Yeah, the bleeding started on April 30th... but I was supposed to get my period on April 15th and didn't... I'm not saying it's not true, I just didn't know what to think for a moment.

    Thanks for your tip, I'll definitely drop by tomorrow...

    It feels like I can't breathe... I've had severe back pain for 2 weeks now... I also have mild nausea... I need to go to the toilet often... I'm not bleeding anymore... after I pee, I only wipe a tiny bit of light pink blood, not even a drop?

    Yeah, so now after the bleeding, I have really bad heartburn and I feel nauseous, especially after eating something... I have an appointment with the GP tomorrow for a blood test, we'll see.

    Ladies... I did a blood test and it's negative again!! I've read that an ectopic pregnancy... I'm really scared! What can/should I do? Please help me!!

    I also read that with that kind of pregnancy you might not be able to have children anymore... Pfffff and I don't know how I'm going to keep track of my cycle when my fertile days are again....
