pregnant or not??

Hi there.

I had a question. In the first week of my pill cycle, I forgot one pill and had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I also did this in the second week. I know it was really silly of me, but 4 days ago I had some light bleeding, which has since stopped, but I’m still having cramps in my lower abdomen and feeling a bit nauseous now and then. According to the doctor, I should wait for my period, but that’s not due for a while.

Does anyone have any idea how likely it is that I’m pregnant, or could it be something else?
