Which veggies/fruits first? We're looking for a schedule.

Hi everyone,

I have a daughter who's almost 7 months old. We're now giving her veggies and fruit, and after a tough start, it's going really well now. The problem was tummy pain; every time she got something other than milk, she'd cry her eyes out from the discomfort. Now, she only gets tummy pain the first time she tries something new, and her gut gets used to it. She's currently having carrot, zucchini, pear, and mango.

A friend of my mom's used a sort of allergen schedule back then (19 years ago). My daughter isn't allergic, but she does have sensitive digestion. Does anyone know this schedule and think it could be useful for us? I'm basically looking for a sort of order of foods I can offer. Or does anyone know how much fiber is in which product? Broccoli, for example, wasn't a success, which is probably because it's a cabbage. I make everything myself, we don't use jars, and I've stopped breastfeeding.
There is a schedule on borstvoeding.nl, but maybe there's something more specific out there.

We're holding off on bread for now, I think :-) I don't even want to know what those fibers will do to my girl's tummy.... :-s

I also gave my girls, for example, VAB Olvarit jars after that period. I gave jars with the thought that my girls would definitely get the right amount of veggies and fruit because they naturally make those jars exactly according to the daily portion a child of that age needs. You never know for sure exactly how much that is if you make it yourself. But fresh is very healthy, of course, if you make it yourself But that's how I thought back then, plus it was easy to have a jar. Now my girls are already toddlers. I started, I think, with fruit jars, then with veggies. And a kind of porridge, pajama porridge from Nestlé, I put in their bottle at night. But I have no experience with sensitive tummies in children. Maybe ask the doctor for a bit. Greetings, Madelene
