3 weeks overdue, test negative

Hi!
I'm three weeks overdue today. On the second day after I was overdue, I had two small blood spots. I thought 'I'm on my period' but then saw no more blood. I took various pregnancy tests, all negative. My GP says the chance is very small that I'm pregnant and that I shouldn't assume otherwise. No problem, but my body has been all over the place for three weeks now. Constant headaches, lower back pain, cramps, sensitive breasts and sore nipples, dizziness, and sometimes a bit of nausea. According to my GP, I should wait another 2-3 weeks to take another test.
Are there any women who have experienced this?
