ovulation test after the mini-pill

Experienced ladies with ovulation tests, I have a question.. Feb 6 was when my pill wore off and we'd like another little one. At the end of Feb I got a light bleed and exactly 4 weeks later again from March 27 to April 1. Yesterday. Because I really wanted to know if things are getting going now I bought ovulation tests for the first time to see if an egg is coming. I actually wanted to start next week but then I thought I hadn't peed all afternoon let's just check and expected no line at all. Now there was a line it's in my profile pic by the way you can't create a photo album that's another question. But well the line is darker in real life but not like the control line that I know then is your peak. But because there is a line is it then advisable to test every day now? Or does there always come such a light line?

    I have a question. I was on the mini-pill and July 2014 was my last period. After that, I had very light bleeding. My husband and I are trying to conceive. We had unprotected sex on March 1st, and now I have tender breasts and a bloated belly. When is the best time to take a pregnancy test?

    But do you have a regular cycle? You can always take a pregnancy test...

    No, I don't have a regular cycle. I didn't dare to test either because my friend said that if you're pregnant then, you're only 4 weeks along, and that I'd be best off waiting until the end of the 4th week.

    And when did you last have a bleed?
    After all those months of not having a normal period, don't you think that's a long time?

    I was on the contraceptive pill; my last shot was in July 2014.

    But that shouldn't take so long for your period to start..

    Yeah, that's right. I also went to the GP, and they said I'm definitely fertile. I had a blood test, and they confirmed my hormone levels are completely normal. But I did have light bleeding from March 16 to March 24, without any clots, and on the 24th, I had clear, slightly orange discharge.

    Yeah, my shot wore off in February and I also had light bleeding at first. I started using ovulation tests this month. But if I were you, I’d test again next week...
