I think he's quite nice, not the wow feeling, but not bad either. What I find beautiful about him is that he sounds sunny. And at least it's not a name you hear everywhere, it's quite original. It shows character, and I like that. I prefer original to the usual clichés.

I think Nora and Ides make a really beautiful combination!
Ides comes across as sweet, cheerful, and very original to me.. Nice! I'd go for it!
By the way, I also think names like Nora are really beautiful!

I think Ides sounds a bit boyish... It kind of reminds me of Frides (I know two grown men with that name)... I mentioned him at home, asking if it's a boy or a girl? Everyone answered "boy"...
