Baby Names
Initials B.H. or J.H.?
AnoniempieGuest ·
Good evening everyone,
We’ve narrowed it down to 2 names... but I’m still hesitating about something...
Here’s the thing;
We have 2 names, the first name is the everyday name, the second name is a partial dedication...
The only issue is that one of these names results in the initials B.H. followed by the surname.
These are the 2 names:
Bas Hilbrand + surname B.H
Jarvin Hilbrand + surname J.H (pronounced Dutch style, just Jarvin)
Which do you think looks best?
My husband says you shouldn’t worry at all about those initials, because he’ll always just call him Bas or Jarvin anyway... the second name is just secondary...
So I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Should I go with Bas (initials B.H. + surname) or with Jarvin? (I find Jarvin a bit more unique, it has a certain vibe)
I’m hoping for some feedback, because otherwise I can’t really share this with anyone...
Thank you so much! :-)
Best wishes!
