Maurice or Arthur

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and we don't know the gender yet. We've decided on a name for a girl, but not for a boy.
We already have a daughter, Axelle.
The names we're torn between are Arthur and Maurice.
What do you think?

I think the name Arthur is nicer, but with Axelle, I feel Maurice fits better.
    Good luck with choosing!

It's hard, both names are equally nice.
My dad's second name is Arthur, coincidentally
I really think they're both equally beautiful.
But I'd definitely choose one of these two names
and not deviate from that anymore.
These names are too beautiful for that.
    Greetings, Madelene

I think Arthur is a beautiful, classic name! I'd definitely go for Arthur!

They're both beautiful names, and indeed hard to choose.
Every time we think we've "decided," I start doubting again.
You hear Arthur more often than Maurice... With Maurice, I think there'll be more reactions... But I really shouldn't look into that, right?
Hopefully, I'll figure it out soon because I need to pass on the name so the lady who's arranging the sugar candies can continue...

Then I'd still go for Arthur
Although, as I said before, it's hard to choose because both names are equally beautiful.

    Brownie,
Neither name is very common in our area...
I only know one boy named Arthur and two grown men named Maurice...
But why would there be more reactions for Maurice? Maurice is also a nice name, right?
I think Arthur is a bit nicer, but Maurice isn't bad either.
    Anyway, good luck!
