Too focused on getting pregnant??

I'm pretty involved in this too, already doing ovulation tests, researching everything, etc. But my ovaries have been acting up for so long. I really don't want a dec baby, so I'm going to try to let it go. Maybe if you're forced to let go by circumstances, it's easier. I've got more distraction now with work and the business at home, hoping that takes my mind off it too.

I did hear of a couple who couldn't get pregnant until after adopting, then suddenly got pregnant spontaneously, so I do think stress can play a role. But that's different when you're actively trying.

the best thing is to not stress at all and not do ovulation tests
having sex every 2 or 3 days should be enough
and when the egg actually releases varies too
but now that I've been trying since may for a year and this is only round 9, i'm going to try anyway. with ovulation tests, as long as i figure it out.

they also say that your body works with you, for example, if you're under a lot of stress or tension or whatever, you're less likely to get pregnant.

pff it's hard, i myself have a very irregular cycle between 30 and up to 44 days droopy

    Hi! Thanks for the replies,

A person doesn't know what to do anymore, right? It just gives me the jitters when people say you're not allowed to think about it... If you're trying to get pregnant, don't you think about it anyway??? I'm naturally a nervous and impatient type. So yes, I'm definitely dealing with it a lot, but how do I change that? Anyway, I'll soon start making my travel list so I have everything with me... already half an hour of distraction
