Anyone can view the Private forum

Help, I need an admin.
I have a Private forum Young Mothers (20+) with a Topic "Success? Test."

Now a user said she can see all the posts without permission, and there are also users in there whom I never gave permission for.

How is this possible?

    We found 3 issues. 2 are already fixed!
    1. Anyone who was logged in could request access. This has been changed so that only those with access to the closed forums can do so.
    2. Anyone could create a new question (BUT NOT VIEW IT) in the closed forums. This has been fixed and is no longer possible.
    3. On someone's profile page, you can see all their topics, including private ones. This hasn't been fixed yet, but the person themselves can't view the question itself. We hope to resolve this today.

    Super thanks! Can I also remove users from the group? There are still some users in there that we don't want because it's really a closed group.

    Jackelien, that also applies to my private forum. I have a few people in there that I really don't want. Can you remove them for me too? I checked their pages and they suddenly have access as well...

    Now the group admin can remove everyone. Try it out very carefully, please :-)

    remove people myself from my friends list but I haven't gotten an answer yet

    That person keeps getting updates from the private forum and therefore keeps coming back to it.
    Can that be resolved...

    In the cozy chat group (private) people join by simply submitting a request, but I didn't grant them access... There were 4 girls in total who gave themselves access without me having received an email from them and just got access.

    Hi hi, we’ll sort it out this week.

    It’s true that you can request access and get it right away under certain conditions. This mainly applies to people who have been on Brabbels for a while. We give them a certain level of trust. That’s the nicest way and the least hassle.

    In some cases, you might not want that and prefer that a forum moderator has to approve it in advance.

    That’s exactly what we’re going to do!

    From now on, as an owner of a private forum, you can 'ban' and 'unban' users, which means they either won't have access or will have access again.

    A banned user will never get access to that private forum again.

    It's still not resolved. Both deleting and banning don't work.

    The problem is still active, can someone look into this?
    Or does the adjustment only apply to new private forums?
