Can you ovulate around day 10 of your cycle if you have a 6-day period?

    Yes, that's definitely possible.
That means you have a cycle of 10+14, so 24 days on average.
The length of your period doesn't really matter, I think. The only downside is that you might not have built up enough uterine lining. Unfortunately, you can never be sure unless an ultrasound is done.

Yeah, but I usually have a 30-day cycle, once a 27-day cycle. I had a positive ovulation test around that time but thought they didn't work. Meanwhile, I'm on day 19 and still no further positive ovulation test. If I were pregnant by now, I should start feeling something, right? Besides some slight pain (thought it was ovulation, I have no other symptoms). I also had stringy, egg-white-like cervical mucus over the weekend, which also matches ovulation... but the tests say something else... The uncertainty makes me so insecure and uncomfortable.
