Ovulation or not?

Hi ladies,
Just want your opinion. I'm in my first cycle, been using ovulation tests since day 7, now it's already day 18-20 (not sure exactly), but still no positive OPK. Tonight I've started having tender breasts, lower abdominal sensitivity, lower back pain, and for the first time I'm seeing egg-white stretchy cervical mucus. So I did another ovulation test tonight... still negative... Do I ovulate or not? How long do you usually have that egg-white cervical mucus?

That white mucus thing I hear so many women talking about, I never had it. I think it's that sharp, stinging pain at the bottom of your belly that lasts for a while—could be ovulation pain.
Otherwise, I don't know either.
