Hi there, I have a question. A while ago I already mentioned here that I stopped using the contraceptive pill after 4 years of use, back in August 2014. This year, from February 3rd to February 7th, I got my period on schedule. My partner and I really tried hard around my fertile days. Since last night, I've had brown mucus/blood, and a little bit of red blood. Can I consider this my period or implantation? Best, Sabje!

    I had a little bit of brown spotting and a tiny bit of red/pink with mucus 3 weeks after my first pregnancy, right after stopping the pill. I’d been pretty busy, so I thought it might be implantation, but the test was still negative after more than a week. So it was a period, albeit a very light one. It’s hard to say beforehand, so we’ll just have to wait and see what the tests show.
