internal ultrasound

Hi everyone, in March 2014 I had an internal ultrasound because my cycle wasn't coming (sometimes 70 days) and I had severe pain during my period. I'd be crawling on the floor for 1-2 days from the pain. The suspicion was adhesions, cysts, etc. Now it turns out I have active ovaries and because more than 1 egg can come out during the cycle, that could be a problem with my symptoms. I also have a lot of follicles but no syndrome was diagnosed and everything has the right size values etc. The long cycles have become shorter now and are between 28 days and max 40 days. Average 2014 a cycle of 36 days. Is anyone else with the same? I feel so alone and curious about other stories!
