Zahra (beautiful name) and Milan sound lovely. Something more like a unique name, like Zilan. -

Milan, that's what half of newborn Dutch babies are called.

Axel is indeed a very Dutch name, I can see that. But Milan... well, that's a bit too common. I'd go for a name that's really hers. Zahra sounds beautiful and has a different sound than the rest. Sometimes a unique name is actually nicer for your child later on.
