Pregnant after miscarriage?

Hi,
I have a question. I had a miscarriage on January 1st. I was 10 weeks pregnant at the time, but the baby had already stopped developing at 6 weeks. Now I'm feeling nauseous, my breasts are sore, and my stomach is rumbling quite a bit. Normally, I have a 28-day cycle, but my question is: when should I take a test?

I'm not sure if a test is reliable so soon after a miscarriage? If I remember correctly, the hCG hormone stays in your urine for quite a while, which can make a pregnancy test appear positive... Maybe it's best to check with your midwife/gynecologist or GP?

Thank you so much! I'll just give the doctor a call then

    Hi Lisa,

First of all, I hope you get pregnant again soon or are already pregnant!
I had a miscarriage on January 4th at 10 weeks too, it was all so terrible, so I know how you feel.
We are going to keep trying to get pregnant. I got my period again at the beginning of this month...
I hope we will receive positive news soon too.

    Greetings, Melanie
