Hi!
I signed up for a newsletter from "Week to Week Pregnancy" using another email address. So I used to get an email every week about the baby's development. Very nice. But not anymore since I had a miscarriage. I tried to turn this off, but I receive it on a different email address than the one I registered with. If I click on "I want to receive this newsletter less," I first have to log in. I don't know the password for that email address. If I request a password reset by clicking "forgot password," I get an error due to some spam issue. IN SHORT, I CANNOT unsubscribe from an email that now makes me sad every week because of the miscarriage. I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE THIS EMAIL ANYMORE, CAN YOU PLEASE REMOVE IT!!! It's about the email address: [email protected]
I'm doing this this way because I can't find a contact button anywhere else on the site.
