Getting pregnant

Hi everyone,

We've been trying to get pregnant for 4 years now, which has resulted in 3 miscarriages at 8 weeks (the last one via IVF).

We now have 1 embryo left in the freezer, and on Monday, January 5th, I'm scheduled for a transfer (if the thawing goes well) to Jette.

If it doesn't work out this time, I'll have to go through a full hormone cycle again with a pick-up...

Does anyone want/can share their experiences? I'm starting to lose hope a bit...

    Dear Laura,

    I don't have any experience with your situation, but I just want to wish you lots of luck for January 5th!!!
    And I know it sometimes sounds easy to hear from someone else, but don't give up, girl!!
    I've also had several miscarriages, an early delivery at 19 weeks, ugh, enough misery. But I didn't give up because now I have a lovely little boy of 3!!!
    However hard it seems right now, I am 4 weeks pregnant and since yesterday have had something like menstrual cramps. And I'm really scared, but I just read stories from others and realized I just shouldn't give up, stop stressing, and leave everything in God's hands (I'm religious).
    But I just hope everything goes well for you!!!
    And that you can start enjoying motherhood in 2015!!

    Thanks for responding to my post. I'm trying to stay positive.

    I hope everything is going well for you too; a pregnancy after having a miscarriage before brings its share of fears... But keep thinking positively and hold on to what gives you courage and strength!
