You can't really talk about being overdue yet. Your cycle hasn't started up again after having the Mirena removed.
The bleeding you had after removal can't be counted as a period. That's just your uterus reacting to the Mirena being taken out.
Unfortunately, you'll just have to be patient.
If it takes longer than six months, I'd definitely make an appointment with your GP.
People do say that unlike with the pill, you don't have to wait for your period to return after stopping the Mirena. It took me a year to get any kind of regularity and to get pregnant. You'll find lots of other women online saying they also needed a period to get things going again.
