I'm now 3 days overdue, with lots of symptoms: cold flashes, nausea coming in waves throughout the day, stabbing pains in my lower belly (like I'm about to get my period), and heartburn.
I spent some time at the hospital because it's known in my family that I might have trouble getting pregnant, and the hospital doctors also said that I could only get pregnant through IVF treatment, or that I'd have to be a real exception. They thought it might have been too much stress for me and my partner during that period.
Now we live on our own, and so not less stress, but I went ahead and took a test anyway, tested at 1 o'clock, and I'm still doubting :$ They say a line is a line, but still, I'm afraid I'll still get my period because of what they said at the hospital.

With my first, there was also a very faint, thin line. I doubted it myself at first, but it turned out I was indeed pregnant. You can always get tested through your GP to be sure.
