periods or not. pfff those doubts

Hey everyone,
here’s my story. On 3/11 I had my period for 5 days.
On 16/11 I ovulated.
And from 23/11 to 27/11 I had severe stomach pain, period-like symptoms.
Sore nipples.
And an enormous feeling of hunger.
I also lost a lot of white discharge during that period.
Now today, 1/12, this morning after peeing when I wiped myself, there was some discharge with it, more brownish in color and with an iron-like smell.
As a result, I think it’s my period.
But it’s already 5 hours later than this morning and there’s still nothing in the pad, only blood on the toilet paper.
I find it so strange.
But I’m driving myself crazy here, anyone who had this too.
