Spotting experiences?

I had calculated that I should be 8w2d pregnant today.. Unfortunately, I've had bleeding and cramps for 6 days already.. But just a few drops per day.. Not sure what to make of it.. I have 2 kids and had a miscarriage for each child.. So I was already afraid this would be a miscarriage.. Tonight is my first appointment with the midwife.. I'm already preparing myself for a miscarriage.. Has anyone by any chance had stories about bleeding and a healthy baby??

No good news here either.. On the ultrasound, it was clear that everything was already breaking down and that the baby probably stopped growing earlier.. Unfortunately.. ????

I hope you can find a nice spot for it.
Hopefully, your body recovers quickly.

Hi everyone,
I'm 6 weeks pregnant according to my last period. For the past two days I've had mild abdominal pain and some bleeding during toilet visits, ranging from pink and red to dark brown. It's not a lot. I also notice that I'm no longer feeling nauseous and the breast pain is gone!
I do have doubts about whether I might actually be 10 weeks along, since my last period looked a lot like what I'm experiencing now!
What do you all think about this situation? I'm going to call the doctor soon, maybe move up the appointment since I can't get one for another week and a half!
