What do you all think? Since I have such a simple name, I want to give my daughter something really special.

Please share your thoughts.

The name Vitalisaianne, honestly, I think it's way too long!

And Trui, what's wrong with simple? I always find that really nice, and there are few misunderstandings about it. I get that you want a special name, but it's all about personal taste.

We also have a name that's special and rarely heard (unfortunately, I can't say it here because of family members who also write on this forum), but this name is short and powerful, and you hardly ever hear it!

    Good luck, best wishes, Nicole

To be honest, I read this topic under the assumption that Vitalisianne was some kind of wellness treatment or vitamins you wanted to give your baby.

I think the sound is really nice, but I agree with you about the length. It doesn't really feel like a 'proper' name to me, if you know what I mean.

On the other hand, it's your child and your choice. If you think it's a beautiful name and are proud of it, I wouldn't even listen to others and would just follow my gut feeling :-)

I also thought about Vitamine, honestly I find it a terrible name. More like something for a product. But if you/think it's beautiful and think it will still be so in a few years, and your child would also like it, why not? You do have to keep in mind that kids can really be mean and they will most likely get bullied over that name.
