Am I pregnant?

Hi,

I have a question. I'm really unsure about what's going on. I'm three days late, even though I'm always spot on with my period. I've had little twinges in my lower abdomen this past week, but it feels very different from period pain. I also keep feeling the urge to go to the toilet, but once I sit down, it doesn't work. I'm urinating more than usual, have constant gurgling in my stomach, and feel very hungry. Am I pregnant, or are these signs that my period is coming? It really feels different.
