Tested positive and now?

Hi everyone, my period has been late for a while now so I decided to take a test. Last night around 2 am I was about to pee and suddenly thought about the test. When I did it, there was clearly a positive result! I'm just scared to be happy... What if the test is positive and I'm not pregnant? So I'll call the doctor for a blood test. We're hoping so much for a pregnancy, it's our biggest wish.

Yeah, if the test is as positive as you say, I'll just assume you're indeed pregnant.

But getting an extra test through the GP can't hurt.

Big chance you're just pregnant! After you've done the blood test, you'll know for sure. How exciting! I hope you're pregnant and can enjoy it to the fullest. Hehe, for me it's already somewhat in sight!
    Greetings

Ok, secretly I'm already dancing. I've done 2 tests now. Both positive hoping I'll get 100% certainty soon hihi. Oh, how much longer do you have to wait Nikki?

I'm dancing along with you! Two positive tests? There's no other way—you're pregnant! Congratulations! Still, get a blood test to be 100% sure. Sometimes you just can't believe it; you want to be certain. And now you're pretty much stuck in this tension! I had that too during the first few weeks, and out of impatience, I tested every day, and each day the lines became clearer and darker. Then I already knew for sure, but it really only sank in after the first ultrasound at 9 weeks. I almost had to cry. So, 8 more weeks to wait for me—countdown time! I can't wait to hold my baby in my arms.

If both tests are positive, I'd like to congratulate you on your pregnancy!
When I took my first test 11 years ago, I saw a very faint, thin line that was barely even a line.
I called the doctor, and she said that even if the line is super small or faint, if it's there, you should assume you're pregnant. That was 11 years ago, hahaha.

Now I'm pregnant with my third.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! In Belgium, it seems they also do a blood test, but urine tests are just as reliable (and only slightly less sensitive than a blood test, but that only matters if the test is negative). So congratulations are definitely in order here!
