Maybe it would be fun to create a topic with recipes for during and after pregnancy. I have one for after giving birth:

S'herenbergse chicken.

What you need:

- chicken
- finely chopped garlic
- ketjap (sweet soy sauce)
- pepper/salt
- soup vegetables
- sliced mushrooms
- mushroom cream soup (brown can, Unox)
- Boursin cheese
- rice

How to make it:

Make a marinade from the ketjap, garlic, pepper, and salt. Add the chicken cut into pieces and mix well. Put this in the fridge for at least an hour.
Then fry the chicken until it's well done. Remove the chicken from the pan.
Put the mushrooms and soup vegetables in the same pan. Sauté them briefly, then remove from the pan and add to the chicken.
Put the soup and Boursin back in the same pan, heat, and stir until smooth. Add the chicken and vegetables. Stir briefly and warm up again.
Delicious with rice!

Enjoy!
