Clearblue test 2-3 weeks makes me worried

I did a Clearblue test on 30-10-2014 and it showed 2-3, but what does that mean now? Because I really wanted to know how far along I was, they did an ultrasound last Friday and there was hardly anything to see. She saw a gestational sac, a yolk sac, and a very tiny dot... I'm quite worried???

    Hi M&J,

2-3 weeks means you're 4-5 weeks pregnant in total. At that point, you won't be able to see a beating heart on an ultrasound yet. I think that's only possible from 7 weeks onwards

If I were you, I'd buy a few tests where you can clearly see the line. If it's dark enough, I'd ask if you could come back for another scan next week or something. There's a good chance you'll see the heartbeat then! I'm definitely rooting for you!!

    Hi Michellie,
I did have an ultrasound and have to come back in a week, so I'm going again on Friday. I'm so curious, hope everything's okay. Pff

Yeah, I'll try. I'm going to have an ultrasound the day after tomorrow. I'm so curious. I'm really getting more and more symptoms. Phew..

Hi, I thought I had sent a message, probably not sent. It went super well, we saw a clear little embryo and the heartbeat was already there, I'm now 6 weeks

Oooh wow!!! That's awesome to hear, girl! I'm so happy for you guys!!
See, you didn't need to worry after all (Easier said than done by me )

I haven't made an appointment with the midwife for an ultrasound yet...! I'm going to the hospital on December 9th for a check-up after the surgery I had on October 17th! So hopefully I'll be almost 8 weeks then, and I'd like to see the OB-GYN's face hahaha! Because I actually became pregnant exactly 1.5 weeks after that surgery

Oh yeah, that sounds fun too, seeing the doctor's face haha. Yeah, we're really happy and I feel much more reassured. I was worried and stressed about nothing. Now it's December 5th, so I'm 9 weeks... exciting!! Let me know how it goes.

Yeah, I totally get that you're feeling so reassured now I'm really looking forward to December 9th, but I'm starting to wonder if I should call the midwife a bit earlier. Maybe I'll get to see our little one sooner..! What would you do? I'll definitely let you know

Yes, definitely reassuring! You can call earlier and just say you want to know how far along you are, that you have an irregular cycle, and that you're a bit worried. I said that too because I really wanted to know, and then I got my period earlier. Yeah, you might actually see something by then

Hey hey, I did a Clearblue test yesterday and it said 2-3 weeks. When should I go to the gynecologist? I find it quite exciting!

Normally, the leaflet says that doctors count it as 4-5 weeks.
The first ultrasound is usually done at 8 weeks. I deliberately waited until 10 weeks
And we could already really make out a little human, and the heartbeat was clearly audible.
