due in July!

Hi everyone,

I'm just 5 weeks pregnant! The test was positive! We're super happy and surprised that it happened so quickly (on the very first try!). I'm 24 years old and this is my first pregnancy. I'm finding it pretty hard to enjoy it yet, because I hear and see so much in my surroundings.. I feel my body changing in all sorts of ways, it's all so exciting! I'm already experiencing nausea, feeling very tired, and getting occasional twinges in my lower abdomen.. We have our first appointment for the ultrasound on December 5th!! We hope everything goes well and that we'll get to hear the heartbeat and, of course, see our little miracle!

Are there any other (expectant) mothers due in July?

Hey, congratulations on your pregnancy and just try to enjoy it. Your body is changing a lot and there will be even more changes in the coming months. Soon you'll get to see and hear your little wonder for the first time at the first ultrasound! Oh, that's so exciting! I almost cried. And when you hear the little heart beating, you're head over heels in love; the only thing you'll think about is the little one in your belly. Try to enjoy that as much as possible. Pregnancy is beautiful, but it also has its ups and downs. Fatigue, nausea, maybe vomiting, etc. You'll notice. But everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. I didn't have any issues with my first, and now with my second I've had them all (had them), but it's getting better now!

Congratulations again and hopefully you'll let us know how the ultrasound on December 5th went!
