Hi! Is it true that if you're shedding uterine lining with your period, you're definitely not pregnant? I'm actually having my period but I'm also experiencing pregnancy symptoms. So I am shedding uterine lining...

The chance that you're pregnant if you have a heavy bleed at the 'normal' time is small. But it's best to do a pregnancy test just to be sure.
By the way, you can't really tell whether it's the uterine lining or 'just' (partially clotted) blood.
