pregnancy symptoms or not?

Hi,

I’ve had a weird time lately and a few negative pregnancy tests...

I’ll explain:

On October 11th I got my period, but this time it was very short—3 days instead of the usual 7. No period symptoms like usual... terrible back pain, stomach pain, nothing this time. After that I felt a bit sick, nauseous, stomach pain, bloated, diarrhea, then after a week no bowel movement at all... now 16 days later... light brown discharge, stabbing in the stomach, lower back pain... and it feels like my breasts are about to burst!

I keep testing negative...

It’s all quite nerve-wracking... Does anyone else relate to this?
