Yes or no?!

I did a Kruidvat test first thing this morning, 2 for 5 euros. It showed a faint positive line. Then I quickly grabbed a Clearblue digital one and it says not pregnant! How is that possible?!

That's really weird, yeah. Normally, even if the line is super faint, it means you're pregnant. But why doesn't that test show it? No idea.

    ai, that's painfully confusing

Maybe the test is broken? Or is your urine more diluted compared to this morning's? No idea, I'd just keep testing tomorrow with those cheap test strips, then you can always get a CB test later.
    Good luck!

    Sigh... Negative this morning....

    That's sad
When are you supposed to get your period actually?

No idea, irregular. Last Sunday 28 days! Secretly I hope there's still a positive test, why was it positive yesterday?!

The kruitvat tests are more sensitive than the Clear Blue tests. You can take the 2w5d test 4 days before your expected period. Was the test from this morning the kruitvat one?

Yeah, that was from Kruidvat! Still not on my period but experiencing various pregnancy symptoms... We're just waiting it out...

That's really weird and very confusing for you, wow.

Called the GP. If I haven't gotten my period after the weekend or had a positive test, I can get a blood test.

Nice that you can settle in after the weekend.

Hi ladies, just dropping a little message here...
I'm now at DPO 11.. The egg was probably released on Oct 16th since I had a follicle of 17.6 mm on Oct 14th.. I have to be honest that I only had intercourse on Oct 15th because my husband had to go on a business trip.. If I calculate this correctly, I'm at DPO 11.. Did an early test this morning with Clearblue... Totally negative of course... Should I give up hope or is there still a teeny tiny chance? It's our second baby and we want it just as much as everyone else does...

Who has experience with this here????

@ Still hopeful. The theory is that you can test positive 14 days after your egg, if you go by that, you're very early. From that point of view, you're still very early. Also, the fertilized egg can take longer to implant, which means you'll test positive later. There's no need to lose hope, try to find some peace of mind, it really drives you crazy.

@xxx You're in your first month after stopping the pill, so you can't talk about being overdue yet. Your body needs at least 3 months to build up a cycle. This can take up to a year. For now, I'd believe that test. At this moment, you're not pregnant. It could theoretically be that an egg has been fertilized and is still implanting and dividing. Then it's still unclear if everything is going well. Test again in a week. Then you'll have a better chance of a positive test if those people are right.

@ik how are you doing, girl?

@ Still hopeful. The theory is that you can test positive 14 days after ovulation; if you assume that, you're very early. From that perspective, you're still very early. Also, the fertilized egg can take longer to implant, which means you'll test positive later. There's no need to lose hope, but try to find some peace of mind because this can really drive you crazy.
