Extreme fights during pregnancy

Hi everyone,
I'd like to share my story for a bit.
I'm 10 weeks pregnant now, spontaneously and completely unexpectedly. When I was 17 (I'm 23 now), I was diagnosed with PCOS. So I had a cycle of about 180 days. I've been living with my boyfriend for a few months and we have quite a bit of stress regarding income, and there's stress in the relationship anyway.
The problem in recent weeks is that I'm having really extreme fights with him. I completely lose it, fly at him, throw things, and kick doors and walls. I seem like a psychopath and can't control myself. I also don't really have a place to go or stay temporarily, so I don't know what to do. Sometimes things are fine for a few days, but at the slightest thing, the bomb goes off again and I can't control myself. Today I completely lost it because his ex called him. They still have friendly contact, which I can't stand.
Family in the area also didn't react too enthusiastically about my pregnancy, so I'm completely done and can't enjoy a single moment, even though it's such a special situation despite the PCOS. I'd really just like a relaxed pregnancy with a partner who has my back, without stress..
I hope there are women who recognize themselves in my story and maybe have some tips.

In every relationship or marriage, there are arguments. No marriage or relationship is perfect, but the key is to come out of it together. And especially when children are involved, it's worth it. Men also deal with stress very differently than we women do, which can be tough. But maybe it's a good idea to involve a relationship therapist so they can help you both. You need to be careful not to just blame each other, and make sure the real cause of the arguments and stress doesn't fade into the background. Before you know it, you'll drift further apart, and the real cause of your fights will slip out of sight. If I were you, I'd try going to couples therapy together and fight for your relationship. You're not alone here. I wish you lots of strength. Best wishes, Madelene.

It doesn't seem right that you're flipping out so much.

Are the arguments mainly caused by yourself? Maybe you should talk to your GP.

If it's coming from both of you, therapy could definitely help.

    Good luck.

First of all (despite everything), congratulations on your pregnancy! It's really special that it worked out despite your PCOS. Take good care of yourself.

That said, I agree with the ladies above that you'd be best off seeking help (you and/or your partner together). Having a baby isn't a walk in the park, and smashing doors and walls is pretty extreme. So, do yourself a favor and see your GP for a referral to therapy.

It doesn't help that you're getting little enthusiasm from your surroundings either. Don't you have any friends or family members who support you? I don't think you can manage without professional help right now.

    Wishing you lots of strength!
