Doubt..
We've been thinking for a long time about naming our son LUUZ. To us, it's a tough-sounding boy's name, but so far it's only appeared a few times for girls in 2010.. Or should we go for the safe option, GUUS?

I'm more thinking of a girl for Luuz...
I do like unique names quite a lot. I like Guus, but not very special.
In the first name bank I came across these names: Luun, Luutze and Luux.

Guus, honestly, I find a bit less appealing. Luuz, I think sounds much nicer!
Luuk might also be an option...
Luutze still works, but Luux and Luun I really don't find beautiful....
Of all the names mentioned so far, I like Luuz the most!

Luuz makes me think of a girl more... Guus, on the other hand, I find really nice: tough, original, short but powerful, and beautiful sounding! -

I'd go with Liège; I don't find Luis so appealing, but that's obviously your own decision. If the name is in your heart, you should definitely go for it.
