young and pregnant with the 5th

I just wanted to share my story...
I'm 28 now and yes.. pregnant with my 5th,
I found out yesterday so I'm not very far along yet.
My 3 kids are from another father and now I'm pregnant with the father of my 4th and we are still happily together.
Even though deep down I want it, I'm afraid of making the wrong choice, because it wasn't planned. I was using the NuvaRing and condoms, and I only have one fallopian tube.
I read a lot about older moms having their 5th kid and I see that too, but I'm young and now I'm in a two-way struggle.
