implantation pain?

Hi everyone!

Just a quick question.
My partner and I have been together for over 5 years now and really, really want a baby.
We just want to wait a little bit longer until we've both finished our studies.
So I'm on the pill, but I forgot 3 pills this month.
I started taking them again a day late (as soon as I realized I'd missed them), missed another one in the third week, and took 2 pills in one day in the third week (thinking I hadn't taken one that day yet).
This meant there was more than 36 hours between doses before I took the next one.
Naturally, super stupid, but I always get so confused with this.
I felt my ovulation very clearly this cycle (yes, it happened).
Two weeks later, I had pain in my belly and very weak legs.
Now I'm also experiencing dizziness and nausea.
And here's my question..
For the past couple of days, I've had extreme pain in my lower abdomen, on the left side.
It started out of nowhere with a sharp stab and kept going.
It got really bad especially when I lay down. A kind of cramping and stabbing.
No bleeding or anything like that otherwise; my period is due next Sunday.
Could this have been implantation? Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks in advance!

By the way, a baby is welcome of course

Glad that a baby is welcome at your place! The chance that you're pregnant now that you've gotten your period isn't that big. Or did you only have a little bit of bleeding on one day? Then it could indeed be implantation bleeding. To be sure, it's best to do a test.

No, I haven't had my period and haven't had any bleeding.
Just the stomach pain, dizziness, nausea .. and sometimes discomfort in my eyes and legs.
Other than that, there's really nothing except discharge which sometimes comes quite heavily (so a bit more).
I'm supposed to get my period on Sunday so I'm curious!

I had pain during my first pregnancy from implantation—a few stabs and a brief pain sensation, then it went away. It turned out later that it was indeed implantation, and somehow I intuitively felt that it was implantation at the moment I felt those stabs. Greetings, Madelene

Oh sorry, misread (about amenorrhea). Then it could indeed be what you're describing further. How did it end up, are you indeed pregnant?

Hi, I have a question. I had my last period on October 13, 2014, and in the meantime, I've been having severe stomach and back pain, as well as sharp muscle pains in my body. Today, November 6, I had light bleeding for half a day. What could this mean? Could this be implantation bleeding? No more blood now at this moment. Thanks, Lisa

Can someone quickly confirm for me if this is correct or not? I'm feeling unsure.

October 13th was less than a month ago; it's quite short to say anything about it now. If you have a short cycle, you might already be overdue. The best thing to do is take a pregnancy test.
