    @kristel,

    I'd say day 14 or 16,

    But anyway, I'm no expert..
    Maybe someone else can take a look..

    Hey! I usually have a cycle of 45 to 50 days, so I find it weird...

    Hey! It's so nice that you replied, I'm driving myself crazy haha! No, my temp is always around 36.6! Can I test already? When do you think I ovulated? I had sex 5 days before my ovulation!! Never so early! Love

    @Kristel,

    When is your due date.. Based on your temp chart I'd say..
    It's a test, but don't pin your hopes on it being accurate..
    But I of course hope it is...
    How long have you been trying to get pregnant......

    P.S. if I were you I'd start using ovulation tests too...
    Then you know for sure when and if you ovulate

    If CD 22 was my egg, then in 5 days it'll be my ND! And that would be my shortest cycle! This is round 6!! We really want it haha! Yeah, I'll order some ovulation test strips xx
  6. * #7

    OK, I hope you get a positive test soon..
  7. * #8

    Btw, wait a bit for your pregnancy test.
    With ordering ovulation tests.
  8. Kristel started this #9

    Yes, I just ordered pregnancy test strips! I can test 4 days before my expected period! And tomorrow is day 10! So then I'll do another test! My temp was just 37.1, so it's up again! Exciting!! Are you also trying to get pregnant? Greetings

    The temperature trend looks pretty chaotic. On day 17 you apparently had a fever (so that day doesn't count). There is a bit of an increase visible, but it's not very clear from this whether or when you ovulated. My best guess would be around day 21-22, because your temperature is slightly higher after that than before.

    Do you always measure before getting up and around the same time (+ or - half an hour)? That's important, otherwise you can already have a difference of one or several tenths of a degree. You could also consider buying a thermometer with 2 decimal places, because the temperature increase we're talking about is very subtle and with 1 decimal place that can already cause uncertainty.

    Thank you for your reply! I do it every morning before getting up at half past 8! So I'm pretty neat! Do you think I've already ovulated? And can I test already, do you think? Tomorrow is 10 dpo if I count from day 22.
  11. Edith #12

    OK, that's indeed frequent enough with temperatures (jealous that you don't have to get out of bed until half past 8 ). I'd think you've had an ovulation. 10 dpo is still a bit short to test; maybe wait another 2 or 3 days (if you can manage that)? Even then, it could still be negative and positive a few days later. But with, for example, a Kruidvat test (2 for 5 euros), you won't break the bank
    If you're not pregnant this cycle, I'd definitely consider getting such a more accurate thermometer. You can also combine temperature tracking with mucus observations, then you'll have even more certainty about how your cycle works and when the best days are to have sex.

    @kristel,

    Yes, I'm also trying to get pregnant.
    We're hoping we'll have a little one now
    With a nice, strong heartbeat.. Since
    We had a miscarriage at 9 weeks and 2 days.. I hope you guys
    Get a positive test soon,

    Oh, half 8 is nice too, right!! Such a lovely age, isn't it! Are you trying to conceive or already pregnant? Yes, I had mucus from 29 weeks to 4 weeks and on Oct 2nd there was really a lot! But since I always have a cycle of 45/50 days, I didn't expect my egg so early and had sex 5 days before ovulation.. But yeah, they say it can happen! I'll just wait it out! Love
  14. Edith #15

    Well, around 7:30 if she hasn't pooped by then or peed through her diaper, or if she's just had enough in bed ("I'm awake!". Last Saturday it was 6:45

    I'm 24 weeks pregnant, and I've also given nature a little help (mainly because our sex life hasn't always been that frequent due to busyness and tiredness) by tracking temperatures and mucus.

    With that mucus pattern, it's almost certain that you did ovulate around day 22! Having sex five days beforehand can indeed result in pregnancy, but then your partner needs to have fairly strong sperm. So, just wait and see. And you now know that your cycle length can vary quite a bit. Mucus is definitely the best indicator to go by if you're trying to conceive, so if you notice it's abundant and 'fertile', take action!

    Not here very often like that My husband and I take turns sleeping out on the weekends, but my biological clock is unfortunately already set to the grandkids stage, so I really can't sleep later than about 8 or half past 8. And even then with earplugs in, because otherwise I hear her babbling, calling, crying, or whatever ... Same for my husband. We always give in and have breakfast in bed at nine anyway

    And OK, you're welcome! Keep us posted
  16. Kristel started this #17

    Thank you, I'll do that!! Wishing you a happy pregnancy.

    Oh, one more question, did I have my implantation dip on day 27?
  18. Edith #19

    It can, but doesn't have to. For most implantations, such a dip doesn't happen at all, and conversely, a dip doesn't mean there was an implantation. It only makes it slightly more likely, but unfortunately, it's still more likely—purely based on probability—that there was no fertilization. So, waiting is still the way to go, unfortunately.

    I just took a test! Couldn't resist, haha! I'M PREGNANT!!!! I'm so happy!!!!
