I didn't buy everything either. The wipes warmer was an expensive gamble I didn't need, and now the swing corner just hangs empty in the corner. What did work well was the towel for diaper changes. Don't spend your money on those expensive display items; you really don't need them. Just get some practical stuff and enjoy.
