    I think Solvejg/Solveig (pronounced Soelwé) is truly beautiful as a girl's name, but yeah... it's only practical if you actually live in Scandinavia, because otherwise no one knows how to pronounce it.

    Haley is also Scandinavian and can be used for both a boy and a girl. We're going to name our daughter that. It means "hero."
