Hi Anoniem,
No one here can say how big the chance is. You haven't been very strict with the pill, and you could indeed be pregnant. Personally, I'd be surprised if you were pregnant, but it's possible. I think it's more likely a reaction to the other pill. After all, they're all hormones!
