help.. am I pregnant??

Hi,
I'm 15 and I'm dealing with a problem.. I had sex for the first time last Saturday. No condom, but I have no idea if he came inside me.. I do take the pill properly, every day, but I'm having a lot of pregnancy symptoms (nausea, tender breasts, tired, headaches etc.). I was supposed to get my period yesterday but haven't yet. Is there a chance I'm pregnant? I'm really scared and can't sleep at night..

    Hi,

    If you've taken your pill properly, haven't missed anything this month, had sex while not being entirely sure if he finished inside, and that was a week before your period was due... then you can't be pregnant.
    Those symptoms are probably just in your head, making you think you feel them (believe me, almost everyone has experienced that!).
    Just wait calmly for a bit, try not to think about it, and if you still haven't gotten your period after the weekend, you'll probably want to take a test. You'll see that if it's negative, you'll get your period that same day—I had that experience when I was just 16! If not, it's best to visit your GP to find out what's going on.
