Am I pregnant?

Hi everyone,
I'm dealing with a really confusing problem. I hope someone can help me. In May, my 8-week pregnancy ended. On July 3rd, I got my first period after the curettage. On August 2nd, I got my period again, but it was shorter and different than usual. I took a test and it was faintly positive. Could that be from the previous pregnancy? I did a blood test at the GP, and it was negative at 3 mIU/l. Throughout August, I started noticing changes in my taste, my nipples hurt and still do, and they're larger and darker. On August 29th, I got my period again, this time longer and without clots. I took another test, and it was negative. Now it's September, and that weird taste is still there. My nipples are still dark and larger, my belly is swollen, and my veins are visible. What could it be? Sorry for the long post.
