Hi ladies

Just curious if you felt/knew beforehand what the gender of your baby would be?
And I mean really intuition.

I'm so curious my gut says a girl.. But of course I could be completely wrong..

I was convinced it was a boy, but it's really a girl!!!

I was sure about it when I was sure about the names. With the oldest, I was really happy with the girl's name. With the youngest, I was really happy with the boy's name. And indeed, the oldest turned out to be a girl and the youngest a boy. Now I'm pregnant again, and this time I'm really happy with the boy's name. I'm curious if it will work out again.

Congratulations Jeda on your pregnancy..and to the rest of you too, of course!
I was too curious and at 26 weeks we demanded it be a boy. We didn't tell anyone during the pregnancy. It's so nice to know together and let others guess, hehe..lovely to share a secret like that Want to know?

I had a feeling it was going to be a boy. But of course, I didn’t know for sure. After the 16-week ultrasound, it was confirmed—it’s a boy!!

How funny!! Yes, I want to know as soon as possible.. My gut feeling says it's a girl, I've always had that for the first one, but I also read here that I can be wrong.
I'm having a gender ultrasound done in 5 weeks (at 15 weeks)... So curious!

We also had ours done at exactly 15 weeks, which is quite early, so don't buy too much pink or blue stuff yet or keep the receipts handy hehe!

At that stage, everything is still so small that they might easily mistake the testicles for labia or vice versa.

Have fun and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy!

I was so sure it was a boy with my first. When I gave birth and the OB said it’s a girl, I told him, “That can’t be!!!”

    Good morning!

With the first one, I knew and it was correct.
With the second one, I participated at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen. I was there, let's say, as a model, and student trainees had to tell the teacher what it would be.
They had written that it would be a girl. I didn't want to know, but I received the note sealed shut.
And what was born? A boy. I'm glad I didn't open the note earlier than after the birth.

Now we also want to know, that will probably happen with the 20-week ultrasound.

With the first one, I had a feeling it was a girl, and with the second one, I felt it was a boy, which turned out to be correct.

Now I have the impression that it’s going to be a girl, even though everyone around me says it’s a boy.

Funny, right!! I have two different friends and family members who think it's a girl, and a few colleagues who think it's a boy.. Just a little more patience and then we'll know??
  11. Beertje #12

We don't speculate about what it'll be. It certainly isn't being pronounced towards us.

We actually really like not knowing. If we had decided to find out, it would have been impossible to keep it a secret. Which is something I'd personally like to do.

After having two girls, we're now having a little boy

    @Suus how lovely!!!! Congratulations!!!!
But was your feeling also a boy?? I'm really curious hahaha
  14. Suus #15

For the past few weeks, I really thought it would be a boy. I also looked different when I was pregnant; with my girls, I really showed (my butt grew too, hihi).
Now only my belly is growing

    Congratulations... super! Enjoy it...
Suddenly I read that I had said at 26 weeks that we knew we were having a boy, but it was 16 weeks...
  18. madelene #19

Not me, I didn't have a feeling about what it would be, but my mom strongly felt it would be a boy, and it turned out to be a girl.
    Pretty funny.
    Greetings, Madelenne

Sounds exciting! Yeah, it's always exciting. I'm 7 weeks pregnant now, and even my boyfriend and I are already wondering what it could be. We just don't want to know :$ We'll see what it turns out to be. It might be tough during labor, but we'll manage.

Wishing you a lovely pregnancy xx
