We really like the name Kosta, but we're worried our little boy might get teased with "Spanish Kosta" or something like that.

I think Kosta is a really nice and original name...
With almost all names, you can come up with associations, or if not, you can at least rhyme with them...
Anyway... Spanish Kosta... I personally don't think it's really something to tease about... -

From your list, I'd go with Ivan
I think Marko/Marco is a bit old-fashioned.
Luka/Luca I like a lot, but you hear it so often these days.
Kosta isn't really my style, but I wouldn't worry too much about teasing—kids come up with something for every name anyway.
I do like Ivan, and you don't hear it that often.
