a bit worried....

Are there any other moms whose little one hasn't fully dropped yet at 37 weeks? And my little one is 47 cm... which is actually good... but weighs only 2.446 kg... my gynecologist said I shouldn't worry at all... but honestly, I'm still a bit concerned...

I don't know about that, but I think babies gain about 200 grams per week. Our daughter was born at 39+6 weeks, so she had almost completed 40 weeks, but she was only 2880 grams and 49 cm.

Were there really no complications with your little one...? Because I hear people everywhere saying that they should be on the neonatal ward or in the incubator and stuff...?? That does scare you, you know...

No, she’s completely healthy. I did have pregnancy-induced hypertension, which is why we spent 3 days in the hospital. But our girl never had to stay in the incubator.

They only found out about this during labor, I mean, how or what, I don't know either. But why are you all so scared of it?

It sometimes seems too good to be true... I've always had setbacks... I think that's why I worry so quickly.

My little boy hadn't fully dropped by 40 weeks.
In the end, I was induced at 41 weeks and 2 days, and he was born via emergency C-section. He weighed 3160 grams and was 51 cm long. Also a bit light for over 41 weeks.
But the estimates made don't always turn out to be accurate. At 40 weeks, they estimated him to be 3600 grams. So they were quite off there.
Try not to worry too much. Everything will be fine as long as you have faith!
